The Capitol Hill Art League (CHAL) invites the public to the reception to honor the opening of their pop-up exhibit, entitled ‘Gratitude’ to be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15 at 27 Sixth St. NE, the Offices of Dr. Nishan Halim.
The exhibit features works by artists Rindy O’Brien, Carolyn Rondthaler, Joann Laboy, Karin Edgett, Gloria Grandolini, Jeffrey Levine, Elizabeth Eby and Ann Pickett.
In honor of Thanksgiving, each artist will present pieces that express an artistic representation of gratitude, as a feeling or emotion, a trait, an expression, a purpose, a behavior and a sense of well-being.
