The Southwest Neighborhood Assembly (SWNA) invites you to meet the At-Large Candidates at a series of virtual events held Monday, Sept. 14, Tuesday, Sept. 15 and Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
24 different candidates have filed in the contest for two At-Large council seats. Attendees will hear from 19. Each night, a group of 5 to 7 candidates will speak at a online event moderated by, in-turn, Washington Post reporter Fenit Nipparel, Washington City Paper Reporter Mitch Ryals and Southwester editor Michael Goodman.
The events are available on YouTube and Facebook Live (you must have a Facebook ). information will be sent via email to ed guests. Guests will have an opportunity to ask questions using the chat function to the .
