On Monday, the District announced that District seniors aged 65 and better can obtain up to two rapid COVID antigen tests at six different senior wellness centers.
Distribution is staggered between the centers, with some operating Monday, Wednesday and Friday and others Tuesdays and Thursdays. All are open from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
All individuals 65+ and those with disabilities should be prioritized at any District COVID-19 testing or vaccination site, DC Health Senior Director Patrick Ashley said.

“This is an additional way for our seniors to get access rapid tests,” said Mayor Bowser. “They can of course go to any of the libraries, where we distribute them, but this is anothe rway for us to. prioritize senior distribution.
